Terms and conditions.

All of the items on my website are individual, one-of-a-kind pieces, and are available on a "first come, first served" basis.
I do accept commissions for jewellery and bespoke Energy Tools.
 
International Shipping Special Offer
The shipping prices quoted on my website shop pages include International shipping* - this is for a limited time only !

Payment.

U.K. orders - I accept Paypal or cash by Recorded Delivery or in person (by appointment only)

International orders - Paypal only.

I ship within 1 to 4 days of payment, usually between one and two days.

Everything is securely packaged and sent by
First Class Mail or First Class Airmail.
There are no handling or admin fees. 
I do recycle my packaging
I get a Proof of Posting for all packages.

Please note : Any Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, I label all of my packages accurately.

Collection is possible, but strictly by appointment only.

*All packages will be sent by standard First Class International Airmail.  If you would like signed-for or tracked delivery and/or insurance this will be charged at cost.

Refunds and Exchanges.

I accept returns if the item has been damaged in the post, and I will refund. If this happens, please let me know immediately.

I will refund if an item is lost in the post. Packages can take several weeks to arrive internationally. If you are concerned about the length of time your package is taking to reach you, please contact me.

Also, I offer free repairs on all of my jewellery, as long as you pay for the postage.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You may return an item for any reason within seven working days and will be refunded the cost of the item only.
This regulation does not apply to "custom made" items.

Privacy.

Your details - and any information you share with me for a custom item - will never be shared with anyone else, ever.

Jewellery Parties.

I'm happy to attend Jewellery Parties in the North Wales and possibly Lancashire areas.  There must be at least ten attending, and the host/hostess will receive a free item.

Retail Shops.

I am able to supply small quantities of some of my jewellery - mostly the hand-cast items - with a low minimum order.
Please don't expect totally identical items -
because everything is individually hand-cast and/or hand made by me.  I have no staff and the local Woodpeckers, Ravens, Robins and Rabbits aren't very interested in making jewellery !
